AtlantiCare is seeking per diem therapists to continue to support the ever-changing needs of our patients, as well as our staff. Staff will work as a part of the treatment team that consists of psychiatrists, nurses, support staff, case management, peers and therapists. This position will provide clinical interventions and work as a collaborative part of the team. This position will receive administrative support to allow you to focus on providing top-quality care.
Duties include:
Completing bio-psychosocial assessments and preparing a comprehensive treatment plan for each client.
Providing basic case management services and documenting treatment provided.
Assessing client for an Initial Treatment Plan and appropriately reassessing the client's needs throughout treatment.
Completing Master Treatment Plans that are behaviorally specific and with goals and objectives that are related to client problem areas. All Master Treatment Plans indicate level of client/family involvement.
Providing competent crisis intervention with the support of the team on site when appropriate.
Providing clinical guidance and appropriate interaction with external providers.
Minimal Qualifications:
Education: Master's degree in behavioral health.
Valid LCSW or LPC license or licensed clinical psychologist.
LCSW or LAMFT license preferred.
Experience: Two (2) years in behavioral health setting with the specific population they will be serving. Must be able to conduct therapy sessions in the language of the population served, if applicable.
Preferred Qualifications:
Additional years experience in behavioral health setting.
