Talent Acquisition Analyst

Location: Egg Harbor Twp, NJ  |  Position Status: Full Time  |  Position Shift: Days
The talent acquisition analyst will play a critical role in supporting and enhancing our recruiting system, processes and strategies. The talent acquisition analyst will work closely with the Talent Acquisition team, HRIS and our IT stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation, integration and optimization of the applicant tracking system. In addition, the position will act as a strategic partner to the TA team to monitor key success metrics for recruiting and onboarding, creating and implementing reporting frameworks and analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of our hiring strategy and processes.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, information systems, HR or related field.

EXPERIENCE:
  • 3+ years of technical experience as a systems analyst or similar role, supporting talent acquisition/recruiting systems.
  • Strong expertise with applicant tracking systems, preferably with ADP Recruiting Management.
  • Solid understanding of talent acquisition processes and workflows.
  • Experience with system integrations, data management and reporting tools.
  • Thorough understanding of planning, analysis, development and testing approaches, including change management planning and issue tracking.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to troubleshoot complex issues, analyze data and process workflows, draw conclusions and present recommendations clearly to stakeholders.
  • Ability to develop practical recommendations based on data and research to inform strategic decisions in a fast-moving environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite, particularly Excel, SharePoint and Teams.
 
PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS
Demonstrates the technical competencies as established on the Assessment and Evaluation Tool.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
Potential for exposure to the hazards and risk of the hospital environment, including exposure to infectious disease, hazardous substances and potential injury.

This position requires desk/computer work a majority of the time. Visual acuity and manual dexterity required for data entry.

This position reports to the Talent Acquisition Manager and/or the Director of Talent Acquisition.
