Security Access Control / Badging Administrator - Temporary - Atlantic City

Location: Atlantic City, NJ  |  Position Status: Full Time  |  Position Shift: Days
  • Associate's degree in a related field or specialized secretarial training required.
  • Valid New Jersey driver's license required.
  • IAHSS required within 12 months of hire.
  • National Incident Management System 100 required and other such related training required.
  • Active Shooter training certification required.
  • 3-5 years of security experience or equivalent background required.
  • Sound communication, interpersonal and organization sills required.
  • Proficiency with computer applications required.
  • Knowledge of security and emergency management terminology required.


POSITION SUMMARY
The Security Access Control/Badging Administrator provides administrative support for access and Security CCTV duties.

The Security Access Control/Badging Administrator is responsible for badging, access control and CCTV duties. The position is also responsible for AtlantiCare identification processing, to include badge creation and modifications, card access accountability, Caesar's parking garage access and quarterly credentialing audit. The Security Access Control/Badging Administrator is also responsible for Code Red data, to include Security Department Fire Watch records. The Security Access Control/Badging Administrator ensures accurate and complete dissemination of information to the Corporate Director of Security and Emergency Management, Security managers, Security field training officer and the Security Operations Coordinator. This position develops and implements security procedures and processes that support the mission of providing a safe and secure environment for our patients, guests and staff. The Security Access Control/Badging Administrator also may prepare and distribute organizational Emergency Management agendas and meeting minutes.

This position supports organizational goals by providing quality customer service, participating in performance improvement efforts and demonstrating a commitment to teamwork and cooperation.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • EDUCATION: Associate's degree in a related field or specialized secretarial training required.
  • LICENSE/CERTIFICATION: Valid New Jersey driver's license required. IAHSS required within 12 months of hire. National Incident Management System 100 required and other such related training required. Active Shooter training certification required.
  • EXPERIENCE: 3-5 years of security experience or equivalent background required. Sound communication, interpersonal and organization sills required. Proficiency with computer applications required. Knowledge of security and emergency management terminology required.


PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS
Demonstrates the competencies as established on the Assessment and Evaluation Tool for this position.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
This position requires sitting, standing, walking, stooping and crouching a majority of the workday. Works with such equipment as a computer terminal, fax machine, printer and copier.

REPORTING RELATIONSHIP
This position reports department leadership.
