POSITION SUMMARY
The project manager will be responsible for all aspects of construction management from conception to occupancy. This includes ability to interface and communicate with all levels of staff within the organization, project professionals and regulatory agencies on a regular basis.
The project manager also demonstrates the ability to offer input on means to improve processes and control variables within the project scope.
This position supports organizational goals by providing quality customer service, participating in performance improvement efforts and demonstrating a commitment to teamwork and cooperation.
QUALIFICATIONS

WORK ENVIRONMENT
This position requires sitting, standing, walking, stooping and crouching a majority of the workday. Works with such equipment as a computer terminal, fax machine, printer and copier.
