This role is responsible for ensuring our digital presence aligns with our brand promise and guidelines and for developing and executing initiatives that meet the needs of our patients and their caregivers. As needed, manage RFPs and vendor selection process for projects from initial ideation through to execution. Oversee the continuous improvement of our website design, content and functionality to provide optimal engagement and patient conversion.  This includes site accessibility, content updates, emergency messaging and SEO management.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Provide regular performance updates on KPIs and define opportunities for enhancements to drive website and marketing campaign effectiveness. Ensure site uptime in a bug-free environment.
  • Leadership: Manage third party agencies and vendors whose systems enable our web experience and partner with a cross-functional team of internal stakeholders on system enhancements, integrations and upgrades.
  • Compliance: Ensure all digital web experiences are in compliance with healthcare industry regulations.
