POSITION SUMMARY
The human resources compliance analyst is responsible for providing HR support, oversight and representation to all business units within AtlantiCare for accreditation, certification and regulatory activities. This includes pre- and post-survey activities related to HR and survey readiness at all times. The HR compliance analyst will maintain awareness and knowledge of regulatory and accrediting agency requirements and standards. This role oversees the process to ensure translation of standards and requirements into policies, practices and processes.
This role is responsible for monitoring and auditing of standards and requirements and adapting policies and procedures to any changes in a timely manner. The HR compliance analyst will be responsible for representing HR in all survey activities, as well as the consultation, support and status reports to department leadership with recommendations for strategies and action plans.
The HR compliance analyst will be responsible for any HR policies as they relate to compliance and regulation. The HR compliance analyst partners with the Talent Acquisition and Human Resources Operations teams to ensure compliance with orientation checklist, preliminary evaluations, licenses and certifications, managing visas and I-9 compliance.
The HR compliance analyst will be responsible for quality improvement initiatives as they relate to compliance and regulatory processes. This role will serve as the liaison with Audit Department for any HR audit and compliance processes and support ad hoc Human Resources Operations projects.
This position supports organizational goals by providing quality customer service, participating in performance improvement efforts and demonstrating a commitment to teamwork and cooperation.
