AtlantiCare behavioral health specialists are part of a rising tide in healthcare.

Recognizing the link between a person’s behavioral and physical health, AtlantiCare Behavioral Health (ABH) provides mental health, substance use and addiction recovery services, as well as family care social services. We are the largest provider of mental health services in southeastern New Jersey and have 17 locations throughout the region. AtlantiCare offers behavioral health professionals the opportunity to excel, grow, learn and advance in their careers.

Our specialties include:

  • Adult Outpatient Care
  • Child & Adolescent Outpatient Care
  • Substance Use Disorder Services – Residential & Outpatient
  • Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) Services

Our goal is to help people before they have a behavioral health crisis — and to quickly stabilize them if they do. In addition to their behavioral health team, patients who seek treatment at ABH are also partnered with a primary care clinician. Recommendations for patient treatment may include the following:

  • Individual counseling
  • Psychiatric evaluations
  • Medication management
  • Group counseling
  • Addiction recovery services
  • And more...
